Joe is extremely thorough and does an outstanding job. He is quick to return phone calls and is reasonably priced. We used several other companies (Sears, Stanley Steamer etc.) in the past until accidentally coming across him about 5-6 years ago and there's no comparison. I highly recommend him.

Dependable, honest and thorough. Shows up exactly when he is scheduled to and gets cuts no corners. I've tried Stanley Steamer, Carpet Medic, and Sears. None come even close.
